Lighthouse Human Resources was founded by Martha Jansenberger. Martha is a seasoned investigator, educator, and human resource professional. Her consulting practice is informed by a combination of experience in criminal investigations, academic administration, operations management, and post-secondary teaching. She is an innovative leader and has spent more than a decade managing challenging human resource dynamics, Human Rights issues, and leading workplace cultural change. She recently earned her Doctorate in Education from Western University, where her research focused on the role of leaders in supporting anti-racist praxis within their organizations.
